Alex's first birthday party was on Saturday, October 8th 2005. Amy worked really hard getting the house ready for the party. The night before, we put up streamers blew up some balloons.

During the day, Saturday, I went to pick up more balloons at Factory Card Outlet. I took Alex with me while Amy finished up preparing for the party. Alex and I browsed around Best Buy for a bit. Then I took him to Krispe Kreme for a donut. All the women working at Krispe Kreme were just fawning all over him. They just couldn't get over how cute he is.
